Thai Curry

Thailand is known well for its Curry, mainly Red [Gaeng Dang], Green [Gaeng Keow Wan], and Yellow [Gaeng Reung]. General cooking procedure is similar across the curries, but the main ingredient to all curries is time. To a great finished product takes a lot of patience.

Thai Salads

Another staple of Thailand is the salads. Im working on many dishes to share my knowledge of these simple umami style salads which incorporate natural sweet, salty, spicy, sour and even bitter.
